This year, position papers are OPTIONAL but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Any submitted position papers will be factored into awards only as a tiebreaker.
The deadline for position papers is on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, at 11:59 PM. A sample position paper can be found here.
To submit your position papers, please email them to the email address of your committee's head chair, which can be found in the background guide. If you wish to submit a position paper, please follow the guidelines below:
