For years, the Smash multiverse had thrived as worlds coexisted in controlled competition, guided by the hands of Master Hand and Crazy Hand. But now, the Arbiter has arrived, judging every aspect of reality and threatening the stability of everything built in the multiverse. As worlds merge and unravel in abnormal ways, the future remains uncertain. As delegates in an emergency committee responding to the Arbiter’s presence, it is your responsibility to stabilize the multiverse and protect the identity of its iconic characters and realms.

Hello Delegates!
My name is Musa Asgher, and I am the head chair for Smash Bros: The Arbiter’s Judgement committee. I’m a sophomore at Mason High School, and this is my second year in Model UN. I’ve attended conferences like OSUMUN, IUMUN, and CincyMUN. Outside of Model UN, I am involved in a variety of clubs like StuGo, FBLA, and HOSA, and I am also on the Youth Board for the ICGC mosque.
My connection with Super Smash Bros is long-running and deep, though mostly prominent in my past and not the present. When I was younger, I played a lot of Smash Ultimate, racking up almost 700 hours on the game around 2020-2022. Even if you aren’t very familiar with the game, there’s a lot to appreciate, especially the vast character roster, which translates great for our crisis. I still enjoy being able to beat anyone almost anytime I play, with my old expertise. Although it has been a while since I’ve been truly engrossed with Smash Bros, I’m incredibly excited for how this committee will play out, and the overall idea will fare in MUN.
I encourage all delegates to think outside the box and consider how their specific position will affect their experience and strategy. The more you understand your role and the topic, the better you can think creatively and help make an engaging, dynamic committee.
